How many sessions, how often?

In most cases you will notice a change after 6 sessions, and a significant change after 12 sessions. It is important to finish the full course of training sessions so that the changes made will stay with you.

For most people 20 sessions will suit, for others 40 sessions. It depends on where you start from, what you set out to achieve, and what you find out along the way.

The answer to this question also depends on how regularly you attend Neurofeedback Training Sessions. It is best to attend 2 sessions a week if possible for at least the first 12 sessions

You can think of it like going to the gym to build muscle. How would you get the best results? Of course going every day is going to be completely different to going every 2 weeks. However if you can only go every 2 weeks that is still going to make changes, it will just take longer. If you go once a year, don't expect significant changes.

Unlike going to the gym, you do not have to keep it up forever. Once your brain waves have moved into their new groove, they tend to stay there. And you can discontinue Neurofeedback Training Sessions (EEG Biofeedback) if you wish to.

Below are suggestions to the number of sessions that may be helpful for the issues listed. These are meant as a guide only, not a definite number.

These numbers are suggested when using NeuroCarePro™ Neurofeedback. This is a highly advanced system which is able to train the left and right sides of the brain at the same time - and all brain waves at the same time (delta, theta, alpha, beta from 1-42hz).
